At Aura Aesthetic Supplies Ltd, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your rights to request a refund in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Faulty Products: If the product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.
  • Change of Mind: For unused, unopened items, you may request a refund within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Used or opened items, unless faulty.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Perishable goods.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Return the product to Aura Aesthetic Supplies Ltd, Kingfisher Nurseries, White Stubbs Lane, Bayford, SG13 8QA within 14 days of your refund request.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or not as described.
